Spare en suit room (all bills included)

I’m looking for a friendly professional (preferably female) to fill the en-suite spare bedroom in my cosy townhouse in Salford (M7).

In short, I’m looking for someone who is clean and tidy (big emphasis on those!) as well as having the potential to maybe share the occasional walk down to the pub or odd evening activity (but no expectations/pressure). Keeping the warm, stress-free dynamic is the goal.

The rent listed includes all bills, e. g water, gas, electricity, council tax and 1gb full fibre WiFi.

The house is a modern semi-detached with nearby parking if required.
It’s a brisk 20-25 minute walk to Spinningfields/central Manchester and a 7 minute walk to a Lidl and neighbouring bus stops.

The en-suite room comes furnished with an ottoman storage bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes. Plus all bedroom doors are lockable for any extra peace of mind.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and an instant kettle tap - if you like a brew, no need to wait for a kettle to boil!

I don’t mind if you smoke - but smoking indoors is not allowed. We do have a decent little garden which is usually where you’ll find me potting or pruning on a warm day. 🪴

I’m quite house-proud and thankfully we all contribute to keeping a clean and tidy environment, so looking for another likeminded person. I can confidently say how you see the house is pretty much how it always is.

Currently residing here we have my other lovely lodger (now friend), my partner, my dog and myself. Naturally life is busy but we do enjoy each other’s company when we get the chance.

My partner and I are not big on PDA. You’d always be welcome to join us if we’re about the house, most likely watching trashy tv some evenings with a glass of wine. I hope you like MAFS.
