Double room close to city centre

The flat is lovely 2 bed flat my room that I’m leaving has two large built in wardrobes bed chest of drawers and two bed side tables. It’s an en suite with bath. The kitchen I nice and big has washing machine and dish washer and a nice balcony. The building is 10 min walk to Victoria station and town. There is a gym in the building. Cinema room and a room you can work in and extra washing machines there is also a pub with lovely beer garden attached the building. The girl that is staying is a personal trainer and is gone most of the day comes back around 7.30. I have two months left of my contract so will be taking over this then can start a fresh contract. The bills come to about 156 a month.
