Looking for a new flatmate

I have a double room becoming available in my 2 bed apartment at the end of November. Will have own bathroom :)

Ideal location, situated a couple of minutes walk away from Salford Quays Metrolink station, a tesco express and a pub. 10 minute walk away from media city & a puregym.

The apartment is furnished, inc. appliances as I have been here for two years.

I am a clean, quiet person with two friendly cats, they will more than likely want to come say hi to you every morning. I work 9/5:30 mon-fri, so tend to stay in on weeknights. When it comes to the weekend I enjoy to go out sometimes but more often than not i’ll be with my boyfriend.

I think tenancy chancy change (name on agreement, then again on reposit website totals around £100, no deposit was put down just reposit)
£570 per month is overall cost inc. the individual bills (Wifi, Electric, Water & Council tax.
£50 a month extra to be payed to letting agents for a parking space.
