The house is 3 bed 2 bath, one bedroom available upstairs with shared bath and one downstairs with downstairs bathroom. The house is 3 stories, with a huge living room and kitchen, with patio doors onto the garden patio. There is free on street parking, a co op right next door, it’s close to general bus routes and a 10 minute walk into spinningfields. The tenant you will be living with is hard working, clean and friendly girl in her early 20s, open to all potential tenants :)
