Hello !

This is a beautiful en-suite room, facing River Irwell (which is a fantastic view!). The house is very modern and beautifully made and present in Wilburn Basin, Salford.

It is very quiet, very good for working professionals.

It has a nice beautiful kitchen (shared) ..

The en-suite room has a:
- double bed
- bathroom
- a nice wardrobe in the room.
- two bedside drawers, one on each side
- lots of charging points in the room.
- carpet flooring
- a nice electric heater that heats up the room quickly.

The kitchen is shared.

There is also a concierge within the society.

Below are all included amenities:

- ALL UTILITY BILLS INCLUDED (water, electricity, wifi, council tax) in the monthly rent.
So you don't need to pay anything additional.

- 24x7 Gym (Additional 15 GBP per month)
- Movie Room (Additional 5 GBP per session)
- concierge within the society (will handle deliveries etc. or any issues)
- Large refrigerator, large oven.
- Free electric kettle, and a lot of utensils.

Very close to city centre:

It is very close to the city centre (20 min by walk) and there is a bus stop within 5 minutes (by walk) which can also take you to the city centre.

What I will need:

The room is only available for a duration of 1 to 2 months (from October 2024 onwards).

The monthly rent is 900 GBP (cash or bank transfer).
Cash preferred.

I am a current tenant (and NOT the landlord) but will
need appropriate references as I will need to provide to the landlord.

I am looking for a sincere, quiet and clean flatmate (and hopefully a friend). No noise should be made from midnight to morning (12am-8am) as we are working professionals. You can expect the same from myself.
