This double room is available from mid March. You would have a nice furnished double room with a family size bathroom to yourself since I have an en-suite in my bedroom.
The building is only a few years old therefore it's all pretty modern. We have a dishwasher and a brand new washer/dryer in the flat.
The building has a concierge which is always super handy for any deliveries !

This flat gets so much light all year long and our view is absolutely amazing. Very well situated with Regent Retail Park only a couple of minutes away. (Sainsbury's, TKmax, JD gym, Costa etc). We're only about 7 minutes walk away from Castlefield and 15 to 20 minutes away from Manchester City Center and Salford Quays !!!
Cornbrook tram station is about a 10 minutes walk away.
Bills and internet and council tax to add on top of rent. About £150 extra per month.

I'm looking for someone to replace my current flatmate who is moving with her partner. I'm a 26yo professional, working from home due to the pandemic. I would hope to find someone who is clean and tidy like myself and isn't a party animal. I tend to have quiet evenings during the week and enjoy the company of my friends at the weekends.
I would love to become friends with my future flatmate as I truly believe it makes sharing the space much more comfortable and enjoyable.

I've put "pets welcome" as I could never say no to someone wanting to move in with their dog however I am allergic to cats so unfortunately I wouldn't be able to say yes to one, sorry.
