Double room available in Salford

Hi!

I'm looking for someone to move in asap

I'm looking for a flat mate to replace my roommate who's already moved out It's in Salford situated 30 min walk from town, loads of little shops and it has a decent amount of buses to town or Prestwich

The flat comes furnished to a high standard. It's a double room with a wardrobe and side table with its own non connected bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. There is a washer/dryer available too. The flat has a balcony and it's a bright flat with all the windows it has.

I have 2 cats so you must like cats they are very friendly and love meeting people.

I work in city Center in a restaurant full time so I'm out most evenings and weekends. I'd like to be able to get on with you and have chats and wine and chill nights. I bake amazing cookies and cakes when I can be bothered and can make some amazing bread to. I love wine/drinking in general too 😅. I'm into spiritually and tarot you don't have to be likeminded.

Bills shouldn't come to more than £150 each including council tax, but subject to increase with the energy prices rising
