The room is in a 2 bedroom apartment close to the citycentre literally just 20 minute walk you are at Arndale. There is also regular buses going into town. The flat also has secure private parking. Outside the flat there is a nisa, pharmacy, hairdressers which is handy there is also some parks near by for walks
You can see Manchester City from the flat as there are lots of windows which makes it really light and airy. Few mins drive/to city centre and shopping.

Pure Gym 8 mins walk.
Swimming pool 8 mins walk.
Town 20 mins
Lidl 10 min walk

The room is cosy but also is a bright and airy space with a comfortable double bed, a desk for working and a wardrobe.

Im a sociable and easy-going person who enjoys gym most days and spending time outdoors. I'm looking for a tidy and respectful flatmate who is also social and enjoys a good laugh as well as someone who also enjoys their privacy.
