I have access through my own front door, as well as additional communal access. This means there's a lovely private garden and patio with plants and space for an outside table.
It's Council Tax Band B and bills have been around £20 water per month and £40 utilities. Hyperoptic wifi is included free of charge.
The Middlewood Locks development is really lovely, we have an onsite Co-op, 92 degrees coffee shop and Seven Brothers Beerhouse, all around a 1 minute walk. It's about 20 minutes walk into central Manchester and around 10 to Spinningfields. We have an on-site resident club room (pictured), exclusive resident events and weekly pop-up food trucks.
The landlord is Get Living. They're worth a Google to see how amazing the reviews are. They're here same day for repairs and have an onsite office and 24/7 security patrols.
