Hi,

We are two Irish working professionals looking for a housemate to live in our top floor 3 bed duplex apartment.

We live in a gorgeous new build property with access to a court yard and our own private terrace with views over media city. Gym and cinema onsite.

The room itself is is a downstairs bedroom with a small toilet and sink. The room has the main access to our terrace.
Furniture includes, double bed, side locker, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Now on to fun part.. your potential housemates.

We are 25 & 26 year old girls who moved from Ireland 3 years ago. We are always up for a bit a of craic and are looking for someone out going and fun to match our energy and hang out with us. Ideal for us would someone of the same age and is looking for friends rather then just a room. We both work full time as a teacher and long haul cabin crew.
