Double room availble in Salford ,Females Preferred

My name is Maryann, I'm a final year student, and I'm looking for a FEMALE housemate ideally until December 2023. ( Short-term accommodation for erasmus students / professionals are also considered).

I've got a room available for rent in the Salford M5 Area.
Viewings will be starting on the 1st of February.
I've got videos aswell

The room is a small double bed, a cupboard, a large drawer, and other facilities.

Online and physical viewings are possible.

This property is located in a very calm neighbourhood and about 1 minute walk to the tram station and also with a bus stop just beside the tram.

I'm looking for a respectful, clean, calm person .. someone i could randomly plan a trip with ,watch movies and chill.

Ohh I'm a Christian btw and Spanish but I've been in Manchester for few years now.

You dont really need anything for this house as i have equipped it with TV( for netflix, youtube), kettles, plates, spoons, blender, toast machine ( as the house came empty🙂) ...everything you could think for except for a MICROWAVE😅 ....All you would need to get would be things for your room.

I also added an extra clothing rack to the room. However, if it's not needed... I'm happy to take it back.

Bills are included except for council tax ( you'll get 25% off until June)

My friends do come over especially on Sundays once in a while, but I always let my housemate know, which I'll appreciate from my new housemate.

My housemate will be moving by the end of February, she's been a lovely one .

One thing is say is, your room might be messy but the sitting area, kitchen and toilet must not be.

Unfortunately, if an housemate doesn't work.. I'll have to move out as well which means both rooms will be available and only available to professionals
