We live in a gated community on the top floor of the building (x3 floors) close to Manchester City Centre (7-10 mins walk to Spinningfields area) and close amenities to shops, launderette and Salford Central train station only 6 mins walk.

Spacious apartment with big living room, kitchen and bathroom – The room itself isn’t the biggest, but has everything you need inc double bed.

Attached to the kitchen is a big balcony overlooking the private gardens, lots of trees.

This apartment is a working professionals household, no parties/loud activity but of course friends/family welcome on weekends. Must be clean, respectful and abide to the house rules – Cleaning schedule consists of household rotation of x1 person cleaning per week.

Myself – Male, lived in this apartment for 4 years, working full time in the office. I have a cat that lives in the apartment, hes friendly. My other housemate is female and works in the hospitality industry.

Room available from 27th Decemeber.

Rent is £432 plus £150-180 for bills and £300 deposit to move in.
