The room is very spacious, I’d say much larger than the standard ones available in the city centre. You’ll get your own en-suite! Living room and kitchen will be shared.

A bit about my flatmate, a software engineer who works on a hybrid model and isn’t very loud at all so it’ll be a peaceful home. He’s very easy going, clean, flexible and I’d say a pretty sound lad.

He would like someone who’s clean, knows how to maintain a clean place and up for a chat here and there! The tenancy at present is from July to end of Sep however there’s the potential to extend beyond that on a 6 month or 12 month contract.

It’s a great flat for a great price with parking! Rent is approx £600 pcm with bills coming to less than £100 pp inclusive of the new energy hikes.

I’m not expecting paragraphs from potential flatmates, just a casual dm will be totally fine, this is not a job application!
