I'm currently in a flat that will have a room free in early September for you to join me in the new tenancy :)
The flat is currently at 550£/month and we are generally paying around 150-200£/person for electricity, water, council tax (Band B), and internet.
So in total, it would be around 700-750/month each.
We were WFH mainly so, the price in charges could go lower as I will be able to go back to the office at the end of this year.
The flat includes a free gym, a working space area for the residents, a concierge, a leisure room, and access to the roof space. (There is also a parking area but there isn't a spot included with the flat, would need to make a demand from the landlord, if one is available).
About me:
I'm 28, from Belgium, I speak French and English, and I moved a year ago to the UK.
I'm an artist, and I'm working in the video game industry and would like to meet and connect with anyone for sharing as long as you're open-minded, tidy, respectful, and kind, we'll be a good match !
I would ideally want to share with other professionals around the same age as me.
I love simple nights where we share a takeaway, movies, or even eating out, share good moments together,... but I also like having private moments and I'll also respect yours !
What I'm looking mostly additionally to having great roommates, is making friends.
I'm quite new in the UK and don't know a lot about Manchester but still discovering its secrets ! :D
