Stunning Room in Penthouse, All Bills Included

I have 1 room available from 1st Feb.

- £850 for the middle room, still a double, and you'll share the bathroom with me. There is an extra toilet downstairs too.

I have 4 months left on my lease, so i'd like someone who can stay until it expires on 1st June.

Note: You must be okay with dogs! I have two of my own and i dog sit and board for others as a side hustle. The apartment is big enough and they're very well behaved cuddly doggos!

All bills included (including council tax and broadband). I've averaged out the rent + bills and /3 so it's equal for every person.
I may be looking into getting a cleaner but this will not cost you any extra.

There's a gym onsite, will be included in your rent.

There's a huge open to everyone courtyard area where they often hold get togethers and parties with free food/booze (if you drink).

Your room is a double, the flat has two bathrooms plus an extra toilet. It comes fully furnished, with potentially room for a cupboard or two if required.

There's a shared living room/kitchen area with a kitchen island. Comfy sofa, etc.

It is a 20 minute walk to Manchester city centre.

There is a car park but currently it is fully booked (but you can be put on the waiting list). There is a SIP car park opposite that is £4 for 24 hours. Or Sainsbury's for £100 pcm. Plenty of parking if required. I just sold my car as I didn't need it - we're right next to a bus stop!

Plenty of shops around, including the previously mentioned Sainsburys and a retail park with a gym, pets at home, home bargains, etc. It's a 5 minute walk away.
