A bit about us:
Hi, we are Emma (28) and Kate (27) and we are looking for a new flatmate to join us next month (potential for flexibility). We hope to find someone we can have a really great relationship with as we spend a lot of time together!
Emma is a BBC journalist and Kate is a lawyer. Emma does work night shifts and Kate works from home 3 or 4 days a week, so we would like someone who is understanding of this setup. We enjoy hanging out together, going out together and taking trips together so we do hope to be real friends with whoever moves in.
A bit about the flat:
The room costs £635 a month. We also pay about £150 a month in bills (including council tax band C) and if you have a car it's another £100-150 per month for a parking space.
The room is a double with a shared bathroom. It has a king-size bed included, a wardrobe, a mirror, and bedside tables.
You will be sharing the bathroom with Emma as Kate has an en-suite.
We are very outgoing and friendly and can't wait to meet our new flatmate!
