I am looking for a housemate to fill the double room I have available, I am currently renovating/decorating the apartment and supplying it with full furnishings. The apartment is located on Ordsall Lane, only 15 minute walk into Manchester, great location and amenities in surrounding areas. All bills are included in the rental price, and the deposit is small. As for me, I am a 29 year old working professional, working near deansgate area. I keep the place very tidy, things are chilled during the week, the apartment can be pretty social on weekends, friends coming round, out for drinks/food, outdoor activities etc. Ideal flatmate is basically just a chilled person, who’s tidy and has a similar schedule.
