Double Room with Balcony! Bills Included

Hello!! I am looking for a housemate to fill the double room I have available, I am currently redecorating the apartment and supplying it with full new furnishings, new flooring and more! The apartment is located on Ordsall Lane, only 15 minute walk into Manchester, great location, transport links and amenities in surrounding area. All bills are included (excluding council tax), and the deposit is small.

As for me, I am a 29 year old working professional, working near deansgate area. I keep the place very tidy, things are chilled during the week, the apartment can be social on weekends, friends, out for drinks/food, outdoor activities etc. Ideal flatmate is basically just a chilled person, who’s tidy and has a similar schedule.
