Hello,
I am looking for a flat mate for the spare room in my flat. It is available from the 22nd March 26 but I’m flexible on the start date.
The flat has a good sized kitchen/living room. There is a shared bathroom with a toilet, shower and bath.
The spare bedroom is a small double which comes with a double bed/mattress, and wardrobe. Previous lodgers have brought their own desk/bookcases to suit their needs.
The doors, kitchen tiles and carpets have all been replaced last year.
About me:
I am a 29 year old professional.
I would like a roommate who is relaxed and clean. I like to think that I am quite easy to live with and respectful of my flatmates space. I am very tidy and keep communal areas very clean. I would a like minded flatmate.
The flat comes with Wi-Fi and a TV license included in the main rent.
Bills:
The main bills are not included (council tax, electricity and water) they are currently at £181.91 each
