Large double room en-suite with free parking!

Two girls flatsharing - looking for a professional female preferably of a similar age to join our tenancy with a furnished large double room, en suite, and car parking space in a modern flat as our previous housemate is moving out.

Unfortunately we’re not able to accept students or pets due to our contract, and the new tenant must be in full-time work earning at least £14.5k a year. The flat is available from the 1st Jan 2025.

The flat is in Salford but close to Manchester city center by 10 min bus journey or 25 min walk (there's a bus stop at the end of our road). We’re also close to Salford Crescent train station.

The available room is very spacious as shown in photos, and also has it's own corridor area if you like your own space. You’d also have your own bathroom in the large en-suite.

Rachel (me!) is 26 and works from home in marketing while training in video production so anyone else creative is a plus, and Fern is a 23 and works full time as a receptionist. LGBT friendly :)

We’re both friendly, sociable and clean and looking for someone of a similar mindset to be friends with as well as housemates.

We have a secure underground parking space, neither of us drive so the space would be yours to use!

There's a small balcony in the living room area and we have access to a terrace on the roof. We have plenty of pots, pans, plates etc you are more than welcome to use.

As we're on a reposit scheme, there's no deposit however there is a non-refundable £50 charge sent to the reposit company.

We'd like to renew our tenancy for 6 months, with potential renewal in the future.

Rent for this room is £554.16 a month not including bills. Council tax is band C. It would be great to hear from anyone interested, get in contact if you think we’d be a good fit! :)
