Hey all,
Our current flat mate is sadly moving out so we are looking to fill a room in our 3 bedroom flat which is based in the Bridgewater Point Building in Salford/Ordsall. It is a lovely flat which is a 15-20 minute walk to Deansgate.
Rent is 550 and Bills come to around 125 a month.
Both of us work full time in the office 100%.
We're both sociable people who enjoy going for cocktails, brunch, and events as well as chilled nights in watching crap tv and doing various fitness classes.
The person would be sharing a bathroom with my flat mate, so the person must keep their space clean and be respectful.
I have a car and happy for the person to hop in when I go to aldi etc.
Our flat mate moves out 19 november.
Second third and fourth photos aren't of the exact flat (one above which is up for sale atm) but it's pretty much identical however we have added our own touches (first photo and bedroom is our exact flat)
