My lovely flatmate is moving out to move in with his partner at the end of June, so this room will be available.
It will be ready for a viewing from the first week of July.

The room (very big room) in the flat used to be a living room that has been converted into a large fully furnished bedroom. It benefits from having a partition wall to separate the bed and lounging area with a sofa and bed! So you will have your own lounge area :)

There is a separate modern bathroom, kitchen and balcony to share. There’s also a locked gate car parking space (visitor spaces) if you have a car.

The flat is based in Salford, it’s a 5mins walk to spinningfields and Salford central station, 15 walk to city centre, 10mins walk to deansgate and 10mins walk to Victoria station.

I have a house cat called Monroe who lives in the flat with me. She is laid back and chilled.

The flat would suit anyone who wants to be an easy reach to the city centre. I would like a respectful, clean (who clean after themselves) and professional housemate who is looking to rent a room, minimum for 6 months or long term. This is not a party pad.
I am an easy going person who is happy to make friends whilst also still respecting each other’s space.
All bills will be included EXCEPT half of the electric bill would be spilt each month to pay on top of the £650.
