Flatmate is moving back home, and need a replacement. The apartment fronts the River Irwell, is on the 7th floor, with a southeast facing balcony, amazing views into the city and to the south, a real sun trap during the day! The building completed in March 2022 so is still fairly new.

Bedroom comes with a double bed, mattress, bedside table and wardrobe. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. Cornbrook tram stop is just a 5-6 minute walk away, with Regent Retail Park just a few minutes walk as well. Comes with a communal room and roof terrace located on the 8th floor.

Rent of £640 is an is the upper-end estimated guess as it's due for renewal next month (could be less! Currently £600 each). Bills are around £150pm, with an extra ~£40 per quarter for the water bill (all on top of rent).

Looking for a quick turnaround in acceptance of moving in. Preferably a 12 month tenancy, but 6+ months is acceptable. After someone who's chilled, relaxed and friendly.

I work from home frequently and fairly quiet/gymming during the week, with my weekends varying from going on hikes, chilling, or the odd night out (pints are like £7 now so who can blame me) I'm fairly independent and often just do my own thing, but also happy to socialise!
