House is clean and tidy and tenants who wish to live in and maintain a clean and hygienic space are encouraged to apply. Any messy, unhygienic or disrespectful tenants need not apply. Party animals, drug takers and indoor smokers also need not apply. Plenty of parking is available for car users and the house is equipped with 24/7 CCTV at the front and rear of the property to aid with tenant and property safety.

Location is ideal for access to Salford quays, media city, Manchester City centre and the motorway network.

Male tenants preferred but consideration given to both males and females.

Note, there is a small and very friendly female dog in the property owned by a current housemate.
