Housemate needed from 23/08/24

I’m looking for 2 housemates to join me in a three bedroom townhouse in Salford on the edge of Manchester City centre. The contract is from 23/08/24 for a minimum of 12 months.

There are two double rooms available - one is on bottom floor and has its own bathroom, the other room is on top floor with shared bathroom.


I’m 27 and enjoy a range of activities including tennis, gym (occasionally), travelling, reading, eating/ going out in city centre. I’m a junior doctor working in Manchester/ North west area so my hours can vary depending on shifts. I’m gay, easy going and social - looking for likeminded LGBTQ-friendly people.

Non-student preferred for referencing purposes with landlord although this can be worked around if you have a guarantor.

- 3 bed townhouse in Salford, with outside terrace and 10-15 minute walk into city centre
- Bottom floor double bedroom with own bathroom on same level / top floor double bedroom with shared bathroom
- Council tax is £64.5/person pm (band D)
- Bills are roughly £75/person pm
