Hiiiii, I am looking for a girl to move in as my current flatmates are moving out
The house is a three floor townhouse with one parking space and a garden. We have kitchen/dining room, separate living room, bathroom (shared between two as my room has an en suite) and a toilet downstairs. Is a fab location; 5 minutes from Ordsall retail park, 15/20 minute walk to Deansgate/city centre and 10ish minute walk to Cornbrook tram stop.
The rooms available are furnished double rooms. £498 + bills approx £150 a month each.
I’m 28, female, I’m a primary teacher so am out the house 7-5 every day. I love nights out, reading, I do ballet class and run 😊. I enjoy my own company but am very sociable person so would be lovely to become friends with new flatmates :-)
Tenancy start and move in date is 31st August, is very soon due to person we had lined up having to drop out for job reasons.
