I am a Christian and love to get along with everyone. I prefer someone tidy and who enjoys cleaning after themselves.
My housemate is moving out at the end of August. I am looking for someone to replace her. The current lease will be renewed on the 29/08/24.
The contract offered is 36 months with a 2 month break clause.
The property is a 40 minute walk to the University of Manchester, 30 minutes from Manchester Metropolitan and very close to the University of Salford. It is also very close to the city centre of Manchester (around 15 minutes).
The property is a 2 bed and 2 bath so you will have an ensuite. We have a balcony which is nice when the sun is out. The building has a work-from home space in the local coffee shop, club room and a parcel room. The rent also comes with WiFi.
The current bills come to £100 a month so a total of £866 a month. I am currently doing a PhD so do not pay council tax. If you work you would be responsible for all of the council tax for the property (with the 25% discount).
Salford Council band C (~£164 per month)
** References ** To get approved as a tenant you would need to meet either the financial requirements (income = 40 x rent) or have a guarantor to sign for you. The company does all the checks : Right to rent, income, work references etc.
