Large double room near Salford quays

Large furnished double room becoming available near Salford Quays. Looking for a flatmate to move in as my current flatmate is moving to Milton Keynes.

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. (One bathroom with shower and bath, the other with toilet and sink only). Shared living space, which is a kitchen/ living room (there is now a TV where the mirror is in the photo) and a large balcony.

The room would be available from the 1st July (this is a rough estimate, we aren’t 100% sure when she is going, would keep you updated on this) . The current tenancy ends on the 28th August but the option would be there to extend the tenancy for another year if we would both like to do so nearer the time.

Also, we may as well be friends 🫶🏼

-8 minutes walk to Salford Quays tram stop
-Morrisons and food shops downstairs
-On street parking available

Currently the bills cost us around about £215 each (these sometimes vary month to month)

A bit about me :)

I’m 23 years old, originally from Glasgow. I’m an indoor skydiving instructor and work long hours. I enjoy skydiving (indoor and outdoor), snowboarding and off-road motorbikes (I think I might be an adrenaline junkie). I also love a good rave and travelling too, always down for spontaneous adventures. Apart from that, I do also enjoy the simple things in life like reading a book, going for coffee, going for wee walks etc. I’m clean and tidy, love to socialise but can also respect when people want some alone time too 🫶🏼
