Hello!
I live in a furnished apartment with two double bed en-suite bedrooms (one occupied by me). My flatmate is moving out by the 27th of July so I am searching for someone to replace her as I intend to continue living here! She might be moving out before the 27th of July so it may be possible for the next tenant to move things in earlier (if need be) - but the official tenancy will begin on the 27th of July.
I have lived at this apartment since 2022 so if you have any questions, let me know :)
A bit about the place:
It is a flat in Affinity Living Riverview. This is a beautiful apartment with plenty of amenities such as:
- 24/7 concierge (they will collect your post/packages).
- A communal/lounge area with plenty of seating and desks for working as well.
- A cafe (Embankment).
- A gym.
- Parking (which needs to be paid for by the individual).
- Pet friendly.
- The bills (i. e. council tax, energy and water) so far range between £180 and £220 per person, per month. So in total, you would be looking to spend £900 - £950 per month on this property.
- SThe place already has a TV in the living room, toaster, kettle, plates, cutlery etc, all which I have purchased and you would be welcome to use.
You are most welcome to bring over anything more you would like!
A bit about me:
- I'm a Software Engineer and work from home 2-3 days out of the week.
- I'm tidy and clean (also prefer for the living room, at the very least, to be free of clutter).
- I enjoy going out for a drink or a movie over the weekend (or even the weekday if it's been a stressful one!).
- Most of my evenings are split between reading and/or playing a video game.
- Love to chat.
- Enjoy a night in as well.
Final notes:

You will also be welcome to view the property at a given time (will need to organise this as my current flatmate would need to be informed - I believe Friday to Tuesday would be most convenient for her).
