Description

I’m looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving out for personal reasons.
The flat is a 1st floor, 2 en-suites flat, with shared living space and a kitchen.
The rent will be £1350 in total. Bills are about £200 for utilities and council tax (council tax band b). There’s parking available for £50, however free parking is available in front of the apartment on a first come first serve basis. The accommodation is 25-30 minute walk to Market street and about 13mins by bus.
There is a Lidl that’s minutes walk from the apartment and the Salford Shopping Centre with Aldi and a big Tesco is a 10 minute drive away as well.
I would prefer someone who is clean and tidy and is respectful of each others things.
On one hand I’m pretty social and would love to hang out/go out, but I also love some me time.

I would prefer a professional and/or someone who can provide a UK based guarantor so we can move on with the process quickly.

I will need someone ready to move in by September 19th.
