Double room available semi-detached house w yard

I am looking for a fun, sociable and clean housemate due to my current friend relocating! I live in a lovely 2-bedroom semi-detached house on a quiet street in Salford. The location is very close to the city centre, it’s a 10 minute drive/ bus journey, bus stop is 2 minute walk away, and you can walk into town in 30 minutes 🙌

I am a professional event manager, specialising in organising music festivals. My summer is filled with working at different festivals across the UK. I love going out for food and drinks, going to the gym, socialising with friends, doing random activities and travelling. Between multiple jobs and a busy social life, I really enjoy having a chilled evening at home, watching TV and having dinner with my house mate 😊 I’d love for my house mate to be a home girl

I’m looking for a housemate who loves cats, as I have two (a mother and daughter) who are very sweet and well behaved 🥰. During the summer when I’m working away, I’d appreciate a bit of help with feeding them, but if you’re away at the same time I usually take them to my parents

Rent is £500 pcm, bills are roughly £160 on top. The lease is 6 months minimum.

•The room available is a double room, with shared usages of the bathroom, kitchen and living spaces downstairs
•The bedroom has a double bed, mattess, wardrobe, draws and shelving unit. If you’d like to paint a wall, hang any art etc we can discuss this with the house owner
•The living room has two very comfy sofas plus an arm chair, a book shelf and a 50 inch TV
•The kitchen is very spacious with plenty of cupboard space and access to the yard which has hand made (by me) pallet benches painted in pastel colours
•I have converted the front room into a second living room/ guest room, with a sofa that turns into a bed so you’re welcome to have friends stay over. There’s a wardrobe in there and the long curtains are blackout to help guests sleep
•The house is fully furnished with a fridge, washing machine, and all kitchen appliances
•There’s free parking on the street
•The house has big windows and high ceilings, so it feels bright and spacious

My current house mate is moving out at the end of November, the date is slightly flexible
