Please note, I am looking for a female who is interested in moving as soon as possible.
The tenancy start date is 23rd September 2024.

The usual reference checks will be carried out.

- Change of Tenancy Fee: £50.
- Dock 5 has a concierge, gym, and study space etc.
- All bills come to around £225 per person including Council Tax.

This apartment is great for a female who enjoys spending time with others and equally likes their own space. They’re easy to get along with, preferably on the quieter side (not a party house), and cleans up after themselves.

You’ll be sharing with a professional who is similar to the above, with a hybrid work schedule.
