1 room for rent at Cortland apartments (November)

I have secured a 2 bedroom property at the new Cortland Colliers Yard apartment and I’m looking for a flatmate, preferably female, to share it with me. The flat will be on the 16th floor, rent is 800pm and deposit will be required.

I’m advertising the second room which would have its own separate bathroom (but non-en-suite). The building will come with lots of amenities: gym, mini spin studio, yoga studio, co-working space, residents lounge and games room.

The flats are being newly built so all furnishings will be brand new and move in will be from the 8th November.

I will be new to Manchester and I’m hoping to find a flatmate I can be friends with, who is easy going, tidy and respects personal space. I work predominantly remotely but plan to make use of the co-work spaces, i will also be working regularly outside of the city so you will get plenty of time to have the flat to yourself! Currently we are only able to see the show apartments but im advertising early as we will be able to view the actual apartment from September.
