The apartment has an open plan kitchen/living room/diner with a fairly large balcony space, two double bedroom and a shared bathroom. All fully furnished. The building also a rooftop terrace with a nice view looking over to Spinningfield and Media City.

Situated between Spinningfield and Salford Quays/Media City, we’re within walking distance of plenty of great bars and restaurants! Its about 8 min walk to Cornbrook tram stop which is connected to all tram stops in Manchester. Location wise, its the place to be!

I’m easy going, sociable and up for a laugh. I would like to live with someone who’s happy to socialise occasionally as well as someone who respects my privacy.

Rent is £600.
Electricity, water, WiFi and council tax to split 50 / 50.
