TENANCY TAKEOVER
Move in 5/6 October

I’m looking for another girl to share this 2 bed 2 bath apartment with in Salford, Ordsall Lane. It is a 12 month tenancy

- The Apartment is on the outskirts of Salford closer to Manchester. 30 minutes walk into town.
- Rent is £635 +bills (water, electricity - can vary each month, wifi and council tax (band C)).
- I have the larger room available, with an Ensuite. (The image of the room is from when I first moved in. (Current photo will be added)
- Fully furnished apartment. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is also a nice balcony, reception with concierge and free gym.
- Smoking and pets are not allowed.
- There MAY be parking available, but it will be a separate cost and this will need to be arranged by yourself.

Emily works from home Monday and Friday. I can vouch that she is a lovely flatmate, easy to get along with, she is clean and tidy and looking for a flatmate to get along with.
