Double Room in The Filaments

Hi there!

So my current flatmate is moving out and I’m looking for someone to take her room.
A bit about me, generally looking for someone moderately normal. I’ve lived with lots of different people over the years so I’m looking for someone who’s respectful of each others space and clean

I run a nightclub in town and my hours would be nights (8/9pm to 4/5am) so maybe someone who works maybe a 9-5 or similar…that way they’d have the flat most evenings and nights and I’d have the space during the day for mainly sleeping😂🙃 But that’s ideally and am open to others of course just nobody that works from home, sorry!

The building itself is nice…modern with a gym and 24 hour concierge. There’s a garden/terrace and a shared TV/Party room that you can reserve for a group whenever you like.

The room has a double bed, two bedside lockers and a wardrobe. It has a large glass door that opens out onto the balcony which runs all along the flat, which is quiet nice in the summer. I have an en-suite so the main bathroom is basically yours as I never use it

There is parking options also, which are an extra price with the building. Approx £150 a month I think.. but can double check this if anyone’s interested

We’re a two minutes walk from Spinningfields, around the corner from Salford train station. There’s a Tesco, M&S and Sainsbury’s really close by also which is handy.

Council Tax and Wifi is included in the rent, the bills afterwards are just Water and Electric. These usually come to around 80£ per month each
