Tenancy Takeover (Urgent)

Lovely two bed apartment in Salford , situated in the centre of Manchester. Shops close by such as Sainsbury’s, Jd, Tk maxx etc. (5 min walk).

Looking to relocate so I need someone to take over my tenancy ANYTIME BETWEEN NOW AMD JULY 12th.

I usually spend about 680/690 monthly bills and council tax incl. Most things are fixed but can be changed to variable if you prefer.

The room is similar to the one in the pictures.

There parking available for an additional cost I think.

Only one bathroom ( inc a tub)

The current flatmate is a 26 year old professional.
