2 Rooms To Rent

Hello, I currently have a single room to rent in Salford quays, which overlooks the city, the property belongs to my family. I currently live on my own. it’s a large 3 bedroom apartment with a balcony, great in the summer. all bills included. freshly painted, there’s a washer, dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, kettle, toaster, oven, fridge/Freezer everything you would expect. No tv licence but there’s Netflix ect. I think the double may have been sorted as I have 2 people interested, and just in talks so do confirm interest in the double and I’ll bare you in mind.

Unfortunately I need the parking slot, so there’s only off-road parking. I run a business so I’m not always home, and when I am I will be in my room at the office desk more than likely. I just ask that you clean up after yourself, are honest and trustworthy and also not a creep if you’re sharing with a lady, you will be out instantly if a lady moves in and explains she feels uncomfortable. I’m a chilled outgoing person, I might not be the ideal flat mate if you’re looking to do loads of social things, I’m very busy most of the time, always got an ear for any problems you may have though.

Will do some basic checks, working people only, I won’t do no credit checks though as we all make mistakes. I do ask that the rent is paid on time. No pets, as the lease states that, I’d have a million cats if I could ha.

Single is £475 and the double is £645
ALL BILLS INCLUDED. there is lift access to the flat and it’s a top floor flat looking over the city basically at exchange key tram stop, loads of shops gyms ect, a perfect location with only a 20 minute commute into centre.

Just having a new floor put down in the bathroom, and a new bathroom being installed in my room, so there will be work people in soon, hopefully it’s done before you move in. Ideally looking for professionals, mature students considered though.

If you work from home please opt for the double room as I’d prefer it if you didn’t work out of the front room to create a fair environment, incase people want to lounge or have days off.
