27yo LGBT professional looking for new flatmate

Fifth floor flat, technically counts as Salford but basically on the border of Manchester/Deansgate
It’s a really nice area with some good cafes/pubs nearby, a bunch of small shops within a couple of minutes walk, nice park nearby. About 15 minutes walk to the city centre, and Salford Crescent/Manchester Victoria stations as well
Council tax band B

There is scaffolding around the flat at the moment, does mean the balcony isn’t accessible for the time being but it’s still fine for light during the day

Would prefer LGBT+ but as long as you’re friendly I’m not too fussed!

I work 9-5 Monday-Friday, hybrid so I’m a mixture of in the flat and in the office

It’s a shared bathroom, no bath but a big shower, there’s the usual kitchen appliances, washer/dryer

Landlord does everything through OpenRent so there’s a couple of reference checks, deposit and first months rent. We’ll be resetting the contract once I have someone
