Short walk to supermarkets (big tesco, lidl, aldi) and local shops. Bedroom on the first floor. Spacious shared bathroom with bath and shower. Living room, dining room, kitchen and small back garden.
We are a queer couple with 2 lovely cuddly cats, a full-time professional and a part-time PhD student and professional. Very chill environment, happy to socialise but also enjoy and respect personal time. Looking for a housemate who is the same vibe. Bills are calculated on top of rent (broadband, water, council tax band A, gas, electric) - £50 per month.
