Description
Hey,
I'm a 22-year-old recent grad looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving out in September. I would be either extending this contract with someone new or im more than happy to find a 2bed 2bath elsewhere.
The rent is £1399.56, so we'd each pay £699.78, plus bills at £110 each (excluding council tax), making a total of around £810 each. (Ik im cringing at how much that is too 🥴)
The council tax band is C (but you'd get 25% off if you're a professional due to me starting my masters in September).
You'd have your own bathroom (not an ensuite) and access to shared living space with a decently sized terrace and Juliet balcony. The building also offers co-working spaces, a mini gym, and a cinema room included in the rent. Cornbrook and Exchange Quays tram stop is both around a 10-15mins away. And regent road retail park is 12min walk away too and its has a big sainburys, boots, jd gym etc etc
A lil about me, I'm kind, down-to-earth, and a bit conservative at first, but I'm very extroverted once I get comfortable. I work part-time, occasionally full-time, i am pretty much out the house most of the week. I am a homebody when i am not woking or at uni but I'm up for going out drinks or even attempting to make cocktails ourselves.
I'd love to be able to have a flatmate that i could also be friends with as it would just make this so much easier.
Pop me a message if you're interested in the place and would like to view it or if you'd like to meet up for a drink. xx
