I am looking for a new flatmate + friend in this amazing 6th floor modern flat with amazing views over Manchester. Looking for someone to move in ASAP

🌟 About the Flat: This modern, fully furnished double room with a private en-suite bathroom is located on the 6th floor of a brand new stylish building, this flat offers amazing views of the Manchester skyline. The room is available in a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat that has a sleek kitchen equipped with all the modern amenities including a dishwasher + washer/dryer. The flat has a nice concierge desk with security from 7pm-7am as well as a gym in the building for free. There is also a very large long private balcony with a great view. The building is also pet friendly FYI.

📍 Great Location: Nestled in Salford/Deansgate area, just 15/20 minutes walk away from the the city. There is a large retail park 5 minutes away from the flat for shopping etc..
There is also underground parking in the building but this is first come first serve (waiting list) however there isn't usually an issue with parking outside the building for free anyway.

👫 Looking for a Flatmate: I am very sociable and outgoing software engineer, working in Oldham hybrid (2 WFH days) who loves to go to pubs and bars on the weekend or go out for food. I only recently moved to Manchester from Bristol so am hoping to meet likeminded people. I'm looking for a similarly sociable and fun flatmate who’s not just looking for a place to stay, but also a friend. I don't need you to be the tidiest person but I don't want the flat to be a mess, so if you're up for pints and pubs and looking forward to a fun summer then you'll fit right in.
I would prefer a guy 20-25 to move in however I have no proper preference as long as you're up for a laugh. Also students are welcome to apply but I would be requiring you to split the council tax with me so apply as you see fit!

💷 Rent & Details: The rent is £725 for the larger ensuite double room without bills included. There is no deposit currently as a reposit was chosen but this will mean any damages to the property will have to be settled at the end of the contract. I sort bills every month which is paid around 25th-1st of each month and works out to be roughly £200 divided between a council tax band C (£100pcm each) and water/electric/broadband/insurance (£100pcm each). The flat contract is ending on the 18th of august 2024 however if we get on and decide that we want to stay I don't see any issue with rolling the contract on for another year
