Central M5 Flat - 2 Rooms JUNE (£900 bills inc)

My flat mate and I are moving out on 7/8 June and are looking for two individuals to take over our tenancy! The lease ends 13 October and afterwards you’ll have the option to renew.

The flat is really central, a 20 minute walk from St Peter’s Square, a bus stop outside to Manchester Piccadilly Gardens and a 7 minute walk from Salford crescent. There is a coop round the corner, and it is a 10 minute walk to the retail park with a Sainsburys superstore, JD gym etc.

The apartment is on a corner and gets lots of lovely sun and views. There are two double bedrooms, both ensuite, one with a bath.

The building (Oxbow) is modern, they run cute events, have very efficient service.

Bills come to about = approximately £210 depending on the season, please note you would need to set up your own, so the price is also dependent on that.

The estimate of £900 is per person.
Total rent is £1300 - £650 each
