Double room in Salford quays during summer period

Hi,

I am leaving the country for the summer so looking for someone to move in anytime from 20th of May to latest August/September. It is 2 bed apartment on 14th floor with magnificent views of Salford quays and large windows. My friend Manuel will be staying in the another room, he’s a professional, working Monday to Friday. There are 2 separate shower rooms, so you have your own.
Bills excluded, so just share between 2 people, council tax B, Tesco express is just downstairs, also access to residential gym.

Let me know if you have any questions, flexible around moving in out dates. Can do shorter if needed.
