Double bedroom with an ensuite

A large double bedroom in a 3 bed apartment about a 10 minute walk from castlefield, with good public transport links in the area, usually takes about 15 minutes to get into the city centre.

I'm terms of facilities there are a few fast food places on the doorstep and the property is close to a large retail park including various shops, a cafe and a gym.

I'm currently looking to move out, the other Tenants are both women who work full time. The new tennant will be signing a new contract with the existing tenants with the landlord so there will be right to rent checks carried out and a UK guarantor will likely be needed
