Due to a change in circumstances my double en-suite room has become available in a furnished apartment in The Exchange, located in Salford Quays.

You will be living with a female Social Worker aged 27.

The tram is right outside with links to Manchester City Centre and within walking distance to Old Trafford Stadium.

This spacious apartment affords: Entrance hallway leading to open plan kitchen/dining/living area with built in white goods; Two double bedrooms, the master (room advertised) comes with an ensuite and there’s a second main bathroom with shower. Further benefits include: electric heating, double glazing, intercom entry system, an onsite gym which is open 24/7.

Rent is £625 and bills are roughly £150 per month each. The tenancy runs until March 22nd 2025.

Referencing Criteria:
• Tenant(s) Income: Rent value x 30 (£18,750) per year
• Guarantors) Income: Rent value × 36
• Alternatively, 6 months' rent payable in advance.
