Spare Room with river view In Exchange Quay

A spacious modern bedroom in an high rise apartment, overlooking the Pomona strand.

Will be furnished with a new bed, wardrobe and desk in august.

Great links tram and bus links to the city centre and surrounding areas.

A lovely large park directly outside my flat as well as community garden.

I also have a private parking space which can be discussed with me further.
Would like a working individual/student to occupy my spare room and become my flatmate.

Ideally a short term let 6-8months.
