Looking for another professional female of a similar age to move into the spare double bedroom.

I am a LGBTQ+ female professional, work in Manchester City Centre full time with working at home three/four days a week.

I’m an outgoing and sociable person but prefer to stay quiet in my evenings chilling watching tv or reading but like to go out for the occasional meal or a few drinks.

Looking for someone who is of similar age, chatty, friendly, sociable and most importantly tidy/clean. Bit of a tidy freak and love for the shared spaces to be tidy and clean… but also understand life gets in the way sometimes!

Looking for not only someone to share a space with but also a friend, I’m laid back and want a peaceful and positive living space.

The important part.. I have a 4 year old male sausage dog called Reggie (Reginald), he’s a lovely dog who loves lots of attention. He will expect constant cuddles so if you don’t like the sound of a needy dog who follows you everywhere we are unfortunately not for you :)

Rent is £692.50 and bills equate to around £220 each.

There is a gym and cinema within the apartment block that you can use to your leisure.

Manchester is a short 10-15 minute walk away with Salford Central around a 5 minute walk away.

The room is available to start the tenancy on 1st March for 1 year
