En-suite double room

Hello 😊

This is a double room at Chapel Wharf which has a en-suite, fitted wardrobes and a balcony. I want to move into the apartment at the end of June and I’m looking for someone to join me and start a new tenancy together - hence why I’ve set the ad up like I already live there but I don’t, we’d both be moving into a new flat together.

There is a spacious living and kitchen area in the flat then communal areas including a (two story!!!) gym and studio, club room and house kitchen which are included in the rent. I went to view it so shared some pics I took as an example from a room you can rent there.

It’s a 10 minute walk to Arndale and a 15 minute walk to St Peter’s Square.

Internet is included so the bills would include rent, council tax (band D), electric and water.

I currently live in town but want to move closer into the city. I’m a 27 year old professional who works in Marketing. I wfh 3 days a week and spend the other 2 in the office so would also like to live with someone who is hybrid/office based.

In the week outside of work I go to the gym, go out for runs (I love a run club and have signed up for my first marathon!), do reformer Pilates, meet friends then make food at home/chill watching Netflix then read a book in bed to wind down.

On the weekends I love meeting up with friends, going out for food, coffee’s, brunches, shopping walks. I love the occasional night out/drinks with friends/going the cinema and trying new stuff in the city. Also loooove going on holiday, I’ve just got back from Morocco and have Marbella coming up next!

I like to keep my space clean and respect my flatmates so would like to live with someone else who is on the same page. I’m quite a chatty outgoing girl so it would be gorgeous to meet someone who I could be friends with 🥰

More than happy to meet up for a coffee before hand and see if we think we would be the right fit and book another viewing together.
