My flatmates is a female in her early thirties- really clean and quiet, great person to live with. She has an adorable cat, Romeo, so you’d get to co-pawrent him 😊

Bills: £150-200 pm depending on usage (inc. council tax)
Parking: extra £150 pm (in the building’s underground carpark)

About the room:
- Fully furnished (only the desk and the drawers are mine)
-Ensuite private bathroom
- Built in wardrobe with lots of storage
-Massive room, enough space for a large desk for those WFH

I absolutely loved living here and will miss this apartment! Please only full-time employed applicants earning £21K + as it’s a requirement to pass referencing.
