Lovely 2-bed new-build flat 30 mins walk from town and 20 mins walk from MediaCity! Nearest tram stops Exchange Quay and Cornbrook.

I'm Ciara, I've lived here since the building opened in Nov 2022 and I love it! I'm really clean and tidy and sociable but also happy to give you space. I work 5 mins down the road Mon-Fri with the occasional WFH day but most of the time I'll be out during the day.

The building has a gym and cinema room which are free to use, and we have a view of the river and Cornbrook tram stop from the window. Parking is available in the underground car-park but it's rented separately and there's a waitlist so I didn't mark it on the listing.

There are no issues with mould or pests or anything, everything pretty much exactly how it was when I moved in!

Flat not available till July but give me a shout if you want to come and have a look round and we can see if the vibe is good! Also happy to send more pictures/a video tour, difficult to show it off in those weird square pictures!

I also have an airfryer if that sweetens the pot for anybody :)
